A 25% deposit secures your booking. The remainder will be automatically charged to your card on file at the start of your scheduled appointment. Deposits are non-refundable within 12 hours of the appointment.

• Cancel or reschedule 12+ hours ahead for a full deposit refund. Within 12 hours, the deposit is non-refundable, and your balance will not be charged.
• No-shows: if you do not attend and have not cancelled/rescheduled per the policy above, your deposit is non-refundable and your remaining balance will be charged.
• Sessions are confidential, conducted on encrypted platforms, and are advisory only — not a substitute for therapy or legal advice.
